Optimal Timing: We recommend attending the consultation between 30 to 35 weeks of gestation age, ensuring ample time to acquire essential knowledge and skills before the baby's arrival.

This session doesnt cover breast pumping in depth due to time constraint. However, we have included flange fitting services as an option for mothers. Flange fitting is whereby mothers nipple is measured and a size is recomended based on the measurement for her breast pump. Flange is the part of a breast pump where the nipple is pulled in via suction to express the milk out. A wrong size may lead to painful pumping, cracked nipple, areolar swelling, clogged ducts and eventually low milk supply.
However, if you choose to purchase a breast pump (Electrical breast pump only) with us, the flange fitting fee will be waived out and you may select "Prenatal consultation" only upon check out.

If a session is missed without prior notice, the service and fees for that particular slot will be waived, as the reservation was made exclusively for you. Appointment Booking:
To ensure a seamless experience, we highly recommend making an appointment prior to your visit. This step ensures that our lactation consultant is available to attend to your needs promptly. Please note that appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are not refundable for no-shows. For rescheduling, mothers would need to inform at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of an emergency/hospitalized, mothers may reschedule the session, but, no later than 3 months from booking date.
