Appointment Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to support for all mothers, please take note of the following:
Appointment changes are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled session
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered used
Friendly reminders will be sent before your appointment
Please arrive on time. A 15 minute grace period is provided
If you arrive late, the session will be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
Each session is thoughtfully set aside just for you, which means other mothers are unable to book that time once it is confirmed.
Additional Information
There are no refunds for missed sessions unless you inform us at least 24 hours in advance
